The Nebraska Grain
Sorghum Board annually invests check-off dollars to build and strengthen
markets for grain sorghum. The Board teams up
with the U.S. Grains Council (USGC) in
Washington, DC, which is a private, non-profit partnership of agribusinesses
and producers committed to building and expanding international markets for
U.S. barley, corn, grain sorghum, and their products. The Council has 10 international offices
that oversee programs in over 80 countries.
Support for the Council comes from its producer and agribusiness
members and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Foreign delegations are hosted in
Nebraska to show first-hand the quality sorghum grown in Nebraska. Click here to learn about some of our
